Maria Lucia has extensive experience in the fields of civil, commercial and financial law. He has also gained extensive experience in litigation in the field of civil and family law.

He acted as certifier, receiver and coadjutor in important restructuring, and judicial liquidation transactions. He is a technical consultant of the Court of Milan and he is registered in the list of the managers and experts for the negotiated compositionswith creditors of enterprises in financial distress situations’at the Milan Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of listed companies and public companies.
