Purposes
Candidate data collected by Sella Torlaschi s.t.a.r.l. are used for the purposes of selection, evaluation and research of professionals and personnel for its organizational structure. The legal basis for the processing can be found in Article 6 p.1 lett. f) of the GDPR “the processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party”; the nature of the provision is optional, in case of failure to send the data controller will not be able to proceed to the evaluation of the candidate’s profile. The consent of the data subject is expressed by the completely voluntary provision of the CV by email, fax or in the dedicated section on the website.
Personal data are processed by the data controller and duly authorized persons for the proper fulfillment of the purposes indicated above by means of electronic tools and paper files, as well as with the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent undue access to unauthorized parties. The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set forth in this policy.
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed
Data conferred voluntarily through the site will be stored in electronic format in the site’s database on the host server and are protected with adequate security measures against the risks of loss, destruction and unauthorized access.
The data are accessed by those in charge, as well as any technicians and/or consultants in charge of managing the website; the data will not be disclosed to third parties, except by virtue of state laws.
Companies or external persons who carry out activities closely related and instrumental to the management and establishment of the working relationship such as:

Personal data collected or produced (processed) in the context of the site will be stored in Italy.
Retention period and duration of processing
The Owner will process the personal data for the time necessary for the ‘fulfillment of the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 2 years from the collection for the purposes indicated, after which the owner or its nominee will proceed to delete the CV or make the data pseudonymized.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and if so, he or she has the right to:
- to request the rectification or erasure of personal data concerning him or her or to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;
- to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him/her and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
- be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
- if expressed withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
